2.1 (24) DT turrets are locking up 2 times a day...

The turret doesn't respond anymore... resetting the ip-office is the only answer....???

this is a known problem

V2.1(27) trial Software & VM Pro 2.1.12 "May" fix this issue.

either wait for them to go on GA hopefully by the end of next week, or request to join the Trial.
