Apart from the issue where a user forwards to a busy hunt group, is 2.1(23) safe to use?
I am under real pressure to upgrade a site with CCC from 2.1(15)

I've just upgraded a big problem CCC site to 23 and they seem very happy now, especially with the CCC side of things, mainly because of the Delta Server .35.

I spoke to Tier3 the other day and they are very very happy with this build of Delta Server - and basically said if the customer is not happy with some of the data, it is probably more a case that they do not understand the data being reported. Hopefully these CCC sites will now be sorted!

What were your main issues with ccc with Build 2.1(15)Were you using Delta Server 28.8 ???

On a previous thread I asked if anyone could supply me with the latest ver of DS as I had a CCC install coming up and the version I had was 4.0.24. I was sent 4.0.28 and 4.0.35, so I upgraded to 4.0.35, anyway I'm rambling and I'm not even dressed for it. In answer to your question, none.

We had stats not adding up but with .35 things look much better there are still things not being reported e.g. total emails per group ? or is it hidden somewhere ?

Furthermore I get problems with the SQL Server..

While I am rambling , how many what is the biggest real implementation of CCC out there and how many did implement MMM with CCC ? I have an installation with 35 Multimedia agents.

Is .35 officially released now? If so I will deploy it to my customers.

I don't think it is offial yet - I have a feeling it won't be on the new Admin CD.
