We have 2 PBX, we have 2 locations. On PBX 1 which where I am located we seem to have no problems. Where PBX 2 is when you call in you get our 'on hold music' when the VM is supposed to pick up. Avaya says there is a patch avail. though?? Our other main problem is now we cannot forward any phone calls except unconditionally from that location. Any help would be appreciated.
