Good day,

I downloaded the VM Pro 2.1(14) patch, replaced the old vmprov5svc.exe with the new one.

Rebooted the VM Pro server.

When I start VM Pro client, the splash screen says 2.1(10).

What did I miss?

I don't think you have missed anything.

The 2.1(10) splash-screen refers to the VM Pro Manager version, it's only the service that is 2.1(14).

All should be fine!

Why not get the VMPro console up - that will show you what version you have (looks a bit like VMLite's console - and tells you everything you need to know).

I just had the IP Office with VM Pro installed last week. The Avaya tech that did the installation informed me that he had upgraded me to 2.1(14) but that the screen would still say 2.1(10). He gave the same answer as NuggiFirst gave, that it was just the service that was upgraded.

If you doo a full instal from a V2.1.14 disck then the Console will say V2.1.14, patching V2.1.6 (or higher) & the console will say V2.1.10

This is not a problem as only the core software has changed
