We have an IP401 DT4.
Downloaded v2(16). It worked fine. Unit flashed with new firmware OK. But if we run the 'wizard' it finds the unit, the password works ok, it reads the config, checks the shortcodes etc then says "The application could not recognize the control unit" and then "the hardware configuration does not match the locale. Administration will not be valid. Exiting"
The manager program can access the unit and it can be configured but it would be nice to have the wizard working.
Any ideas?
