2.0 Redirect

Whenever i goto a folder on my server, such as

http://localhost/folder

It failes to load, i have to have

http://localhost/folder/

in order for it to load correctly.

I know there is a simple fix to this, however i cant remember it. Does anyone have any hints? THanks.
