We have a customer who is unable to check the box for Enable IM Desktop Notifications, as it's greyed out on all machines
We have a system here on exactly the same version and we are using the same version of Chrome and we can tick our box OK on all machines.
Does anyone have any idea? Is this a site network/PC Firewall type issue?
