1XC - Presence only for Favorites?? ...seriously?

Hi All,

Avaya is telling me that when I use One-X Communicator I will only see presence indicators for employees I have tagged as 'Favorites'. This can't posibly be true. In Microsoft OCS, if I search for an employee I can see their presence even if they are not in my Favorites list, so how come the Avaya tool can't do it?

I'd like to use the 1XC tool to search for a employee, see their presence, and then click to call them. Anyone have this working? I just dont beleive that this can't be done...
