I just made a new screen (SPR) to add on to an existing one. The data is from the same database. Normally when I generate my screens I enter an x in define windows release windows and multiple screens. So I did the exact same thing. But it doesn't work.
I'm confused. Are you adding a 2nd screen to a screenset? If yes, did you make it so they don't sit on top of each other. (i.e. Use the Arrange button.)
Where are you calling these screens? is one being called from the other?
I run the screen from the run section in fox, before I add it to my app to make sure it looks like I want it to.
the foxpro app is 2.6. I'm running in xp which has not been a major problem. The screens are basic. Fields with field names. Some of my programs enter in data automatically. I've never had to use the arrange buttons but I will try. Thanks ...What is screen set?
The arrange buttons didn't work for my multiple screen problem. I looked at the spr program and realized that it's not defining my windows anymore.
I just recieved a new IBM computer with service pack 2 on it. I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not. It sure has caused some other issues.
