1km wierless network

i have a friend of mine. He live in front of my home. And i need help on how and what do i need to do a network. (share files and internet). He is just 50 - 100 meters away.

Could you please tell me what i need to buy, to get this network running. And i need it fast. like 100m/s. If thats possible.

Do you both have broadband???

why not just setup a connection through broadband link..
