Can a 400e line card be swapped with the power on? This system has been running almost 40 years and I have had power supplies that have been on a long not come back into service once I unplug them. Thanks to all..

Thanks. Been a long time since I use to install them behind Rolm 7000 & 8000 systems before ETS and Rolm phone were developed.
