I just got a client with an Elite 192 with about 48 stations and 14 lines. I am use to working on Partners and I have worked on some Pro-II's.

This customer wants things like Auto Attendant and caller ID. Can I get this 192 to support these things? They do have VM right now.

Any links to get install and programming manuals available?

The 192 can certainly do these things.

For Caller ID, you'll need an MIFM card and the caller-ID chip that goes with it, as well as some programming.

Voicemail and AA requires a voicemail system (either in-skin or external) on the system. In-skin is probably easier to get working on a 192, IMHO.

Just my 2¢
