Likely the IP address has been changed. Connect a PC running Hyperterminal to the CallPilot serial port, 9600 baud, 8-N-1. Then reboot the CallPilot. As soon as the first screen appears press any key to stop the boot process. You will see the current IP address and have the option to modify the settings.
I think you need to be more precise and not so vague or provide a screenshot of what you see.
At first I had thought you meant cannot find page but now I wonder if it is returning an error to you "Access Error"

IP Address And subnet is Correct
-i changed my PC IP Address as 192.168.110.11
- Yes its compatible.
Before Its was working good .One day power went suddenly after that only it happened

I am guessing the software card (PCMCIA) is corrupt.
Suggest you purchase a 3.1 Callpilot software card.
With the old software still in the back slot put the new software in the front slot and power up the Callpilot (while connected to a KSU) The new software will start to upgrade the old software.
You will see when it is complete via Hyperterminal
Power down, remove the new software from the front slot, power up and test Callpilot.
If it works then keep the software as a backup or use it to upgrade other Callpilot software's cards that might be out of date.
If it still does not work after the attempted upgrade then power down, remove old software and replace with new software (with front slot now being empty), power up and test.
