I have a 1900 switch that connects my PDC and database server along with CAD stations and a Cisco 2620 router, then goes to a hub for the rest of the network. I have added a 2nd NIC to my PDC attached to a Cisco 827 ADSL router for internet access. the PDC can access the internet but none of my other clients or the database server can see it. They can see the 2nd NIC but not the router and I was wondering if there is something with the switch that may cause this condition.

Sounds like it may be a routing problem. What address are the other clients using for their gateway/default router? Are they using the PDC's 1st NIC? Is the PDC setup to route packets to the internet?

Here is the network config:

Remote Office --> 4 clients (10.127.2.x)
Cisco 2620 Router (10.127.2.4)
Frame Relay Connect
Cisco 2620 Router (10.127.1.4)
Cisco Catalyst 1900 Switch --> Clients (10.127.1.x)
| |
PDC Server (10.127.1.2) |
2nd NIC (10.127.5.2) Database Server (10.127.1.3)
Cisco 827 (10.127.5.1)
Internet Static IP --> VPN Clients

All the home office client gateways are set to 10.127.1.4 ant the remote office gateways are 10.127.2.4 with all netmasks at 255.255.255.0.
