An NT Server with 2 NICs, one attached to a 1900 switch (IP 10.127.1.2) and the other to a DSL router (IP 10.127.5.2), is it possible that the switch will not allow traffic to the 10.127.5.x addresses (the router at 10.127.5.1) to pass correctly? I can ping 10.127.5.1 from clients but not 10.127.5.1.

The switch doesnt care about the IP numbering. It's a layer 2 device.. ie.. frame level and works off macs. Unless we get to talking about VLANs and then things are bit different but not here.

I'm assuming you have the correct subnet mask to make each of those class A addresses a subnet? If you are using a default class A, it's a problem as both sides of the NT box will be on the same subnet.

I would guess your multihomed NT box is configured correctly and/or missing a route. The clients need to be pointing to the NT box NIC as the default gateway.. you need to have IP forwarding enabled on the NT box.. and verify that the next hope from the NT box is the ISP(??) router.
