1722, RPC server is unavailable error

I have two servers. One at my local and other is remote. I want to update my local database everyday using DTs schedule. This DTS schedule from local database to another local database is working. But from remote to local database is not working. I could not start my SQL server agent at the remote location. It is giving 1722, RPC server is unavailable error. If I do it manually, this process is happening. How do i do this?

Check logins and permissions. You said you can start it manually. What are you using to log in to the remote system? Is it the same that the job is using?
