1720 VPN through NAT.

Using a Cisco 1720 IOS 12.1 with NAT enabled. From a client on the inside, I cannot access a VPN server on the outside. I seem to remember this being an issue with the Cisco NAT. Is this a known problem? Is there a NAT entry that will fix it?
