16xx series audio quality

Hi,

We have installed s8300/g700 system, CM 4.0.1, latest patch and firmwares, and 16xx and 96xx series IP phones. We are having issue with poor audio quality on 16xx series IP phones. We compared audio quality to few 46xx series IP phones, that we have brought for test, and audio quality is better on 46xx series. Does anyone have expirience with new 16xx series phones, is there a less quality audio component built in, or something else is causing that audio issue...?
