Go to community.borland.com and look for the link to there old files. I can't remember its name and their site is down as I type this so I can't tell you exactly. They have some of their old Turbo C compilers available for free download.

Thank you very much 2ffat this was a great help for me. I´m right at the beginning in C-programming, so I have to learn very much. This site is really good for doing that.
The learn C++ in 21 days or similiar packadges
that you can get at office depot or elswhere
have a very good 16 bit compiler. They also
have the IDE which is indispensible. This is
how I started. I have the borland turbo C and
have used it minimally. I can not imagine how you
dinosaurs did any programming without a proper IDE.
