16B module not downgrading?

Hello everyone,

I just installed a new 16B module that came with Rel.10.1

The IPO is on Rel 9.1 and the module will not downgrade to that Release..

Any hints why??

16B or 16B2? The latter are only supported on 91. SP12.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
