I am having an identical problem at 3 different locations. All have a 1616i with 3 BM32's at their reception desk. At least once a day and sometimes more, the BM32's reset. The lights go out, then it syncs back up and works fine. We have replaced the phone, power supply and all 3 BM32's at one of the locations but the problem still occurs. Has anyone run into this or have any other ideas on how to correct this problem? Thanks.

There some new firmware for the 1600 serie phones and BM32 modules.

Now sure if this fixes your issue but you can give it a try.

The first page of the documentation says it is not supported on the IP Office, is that correct?

They work fine on IPO, have the for a test on my desk for 3 weeks now. Swap the second and the third BM32 only the fist and the second get the upgrade file the third won't so when you have 3 BM32 after thay are upgraded swap the 2nd and 3th. You can check the firmware of all the button module in the menu on the phone and you also see if they are all connected.
