1616 stuck in weird mode

I was trying to clear a 1616 phone so I hit MUTE FACTORY # cause I thought it would set it to factory defaults. It didn't. It now comes up with a Memory Test first. I tried to go through the tests but it stops at the headset part. Does this need sent away to be re flashed. Thank you.
