After we reboot the IP Office 500 the BM32 on the 1616 phones does not work or respond a reboot of the phone is required. Has anyone else experienced this or do we know of a fix for it. I don't see it as that big of an issue but the customer sure wants a fix for it.

Do you have 2 BM32's on 1 1616? If so then you'll need a avaya power adapter (5V)

IPO is 6.1.12
Phone is at whatever firmware comes with 6.1.12 so it's current I imagine.

I installed a single BM32 on a 1616 today on 7.0.5 and it does not take any button programming until you unplug and reconnect it and also the same issue as you :)

I only have one BM32 connected.
I see this as the only hex file bm32a2_1.hex

Search for it in;

C:\......\ADMIN6_1_X\program files\Avaya\IP Office\Manager\

Then put the GBM on the Card, reboot the 1616, the leds on the BM should start to blink green.

When I search the Admin installation folder I find the same hex file not the one your telling me I should find.. I searched both the Admin_6.1.5 and Admin_6.1.12 that I have on the server..

It is not there anymore.
I have seen this too.
But the ipo provides the file by itself somehow.
