1616 IP Phone with R5.0

Hi ALL,

we Installed the 1616 IP phone with IP 500 R 5.0, we have following issue is anybody had the same issue???

when extn call recived it is only showing answer , it does not show from which extn call is coming , after answer the call it shows the extns number & name

second whe we press the directory Key , it does not display any other soft keys like index, group, external, basically i cant use name dialing

Pls suggest

Sounds like the firmware on the handsets needs upgrading

you don't need a directory key. there is a contacts button on the handset.

Add at least 3 Call Appearance keys on the User > Button Programming.
