1608 stop working

we have some 1608 phones stop working
it appears that this users had disconnect their phones during downloading the new update.
is there a method to resolve this problem ... it's a shame to lose a phone for the simple reason!!!!!

Well, it clearly says "Do not unplug" during update.

If you don't get past the firmware load screen you'll need to send them to Avaya for repair.
