Just curious if anyone has happened upon this issue. I have a 1608 phones with a CS50 plantronics headsets using APC-6A EHS. When you try to use any headset you get nasty feedback. I have tried messing with the compatibility settings, lowered the listening and talk volumes to the minimum, lowered the phone volume to a minimum and still the feedback persists. We only have 1608 phones so I can't try another phone. I have tried all mulitple CS50 headsets and they all do the same thing. I kind of think its some form of interference. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

turn off auto gain control under phone options advanced I believe

I appreciate that suggestion but it did not fix the issue. I am still coming back to some kind of interference. Those CS50s run on a common frequency (900mhz). I am not sure what else could cause this issue with all 5 headsets regardless of phone or EHS used. Any other suggestions greatly appreciated.

I have one of these at home with no issues
check the switch settings on the base
mine is set to "A"

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

Using the APV-6A EHS. I started with comptability slider set to A, but tried all settings nothing seems to work. I keep coming back to some kind of interference issue.

Thanks for the suggestions though.
