1603SW with no redial 1

Hi,

I have new 1603-SW whose redial hard button won't work

Firmware version: ha1603b10526vs.bin
System: IPO 500 v1 with 5.0(24)

When I press the button, it beeps, but nothing is done... I can not see the last number dialed... My customer insists that they need the button to work, but I do not know how to solve this issue.

Can anyone help?

The fw version is for the 1603SW with the languaje changed to Spanish, as I am in Spain... I am (or was) sure that is is (or was) the right one...

Can you please be more specific? Why isn't it the correct one?

Indeed, although they call them administrable feature buttons they aren't really as the first two need to be appearence keys and the third should be too but can be programmed if needed

Try defaulting the phone & reloading the FW. I had a sinilar proble on a 96XX soft button & this resolved it.

Hi again,

the call appearances are programmed, and the firmware that I am using is working with the same phone in another IPO... this issue is really weird

I am seeing my future: reseteing the IPO and reconfiguring everything xDD
