1603 reboot

we have a big problem with some 1603phones of my company,
THE PHONE reboot continuously , it displays ha1603ua1_2200.bin and after it restarts without stop.

If they don't get past loading the firmware I guess you're only solution is to replace them and send the faulty ones to repair.

If the serial numbers on the 1603 phones starts with 07, 08, 09 they are likely trash anyway. I had 238 of the older style 1608 phones with serial number starting between 07-09 and I have had to retire every one of them due to flashing LEDs, faded screens, or incessant reboots. The remaining 1603's and 1616's from that vintage are going to be a target for replacement later this year.
