I bought a new 1601 router and install it on one of our remote sites using 64kbps dedicated lease line. Our users keeps on getting disconnected every afternoon after work and reconnected in the morning before work.

I did have a look at the configuration and found out this commands enable. These commands was already enable before I install the router

version 12.0
service timestamps debug uptime
service timestamps log uptime

Can some tell me what is the problem with my config. Is it something to do with the above commands or any other config.

As far as Im concerned, I didnt put in a command to disconnect users every now and again.

These are not the cause of your troulbles.
debug ppp negotiation and debug ppp chap
and monitor. Please provide a copy of the
config and run the some isdn debugging to
capture the problem while it occures.

at the same time everyday ? Are there users
