Hi. I installed Windows ME on an old Compaq Armada laptop (300mhz) but for some reason it is only displaying 16 colors. I went into Control panel, display to try to adjust it to display more colors but it only list 16. How can I get it to display more colors? Thanks.

Sounds like the installed drivers are not compatible with ME so VGA resorted back to default (low Res) settings.
As edfair said, hopefully there should be a newer (ME) supported driver on the Compaq website.
