Hi all,

We get this message one users ICA session only:

16 Bit Windows Subsystem

C:\DOCUME~1\LOKO~1\LOCALS~1\TEMP\9\. A temporary file needed for initialization could not be created or could not be written to. Make sure that the directory path exists, and disk space is available. Choose close to terminate the application.

The options are to close or ignore - either exits the app.

The application is Termite - a unix based terminal session.
Its only on the one profile, weve rebuilt the profile and that worked temporarily for 2 months andhas now reverted back. Its the same on more that one pc weve tried to, so that rules a pc prob out.

No one else has this problem

Any Ideas guys ?!?!?

Chris
p.s I have a screen grab if someone would like it emailing to them.

I'd guess that the user may have had a disconnected session which is locking open the session's temp folder. Check for any locally cached copies of the profile and delete it (them). These will be found in %systemroot%\winnt\profiles (on TSE) and %systemroot%\windows\profiles on W2k.

Then run Filemon if the problem persists ;-)

Hope this helps
