I am getting this error.
Please let me know what to do.

16 bit MS-DOS Subsystem
C:\Docuemnts\.....\Temp\help.exe
The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction.
Choose ‘Close’ to terminate the application.

Thank you

Clear your TEMP files, use CCLEANER for starters, and update your AV and Malware scanners and run a FULL check on the system... You may be infected with Malware! ...

Suggestion: Malwarebytes AntiMalware, aka MBAM, is pretty good at the malware scan side of things, but do not rely on it alone, back it up with SpyBOT S&D and preferrable a third...

as to the AV, update it and back it up with one of the online ViralScans, e.g. Trend Micro's Housecall...

while you are at the TrendMicro website, look for HiJackThis, DL it and run it with a LOG, paste that log here for our perusal...

Anything in the Temp folder is unlikely to be required by the machine or all that important. You should be able to just get rid of that help file.

If you want to debug the cause these might help.
