16 Aironet 1246 AP's and crap reception

I've got 16 1246 AP's hanging off a Cisco 3560 switch. Is there anyway for me to figure out what AP my PC is currently connected to?

Can someone point me to some documentation or acronym that could help me figure out how to make sure my clients roam to their closest/strongest AP?

Are there any entries I need to put into my 3560 switch in order to make sure people can roam to the right AP?

Is there a common practice to make sure people always stay connected to the most useful AP?
