Hi

Every hour there is an error appearing on the alert log of the Zeacom app manager saying "#1553 Disconnected by OAI: The American Library returned a 'OAIERR_OAI_DISCONNECTED' error while the PBX module was trying to get an event from it.
Consult the NEC manual to find out the meaning of the error or contact your CTI server support team for further assistance."

This is followed by every phone in the building beeping and displaying a message that says "in the office".

Now, the NEC manual tells me nothing and the CTI server team know nothing about it.

Its an NEC IPS 2000 system with NEC Dterm IP phones.

Has anyone any suggestions on this one?

Call tech support immediately!!!!!

Seriously though the Qmaster is not seeing OIA information from the PABX, the question is how are the two connected. If directly then you may have a hardware fault. if via lan then there could be something wrong in the network setup. either way I would refer you back to my original comment. Unless anyone here knows better....... The floor is open.

Ozzie is right. About the only thing to troubleshoot is the physical LAN connectivity between the IPS and the Zeacom Server. If all looks good and you do not have a bad switch etc. then call NTAC for troubleshooting. However, it does seem that there is a LAN interruption of some kind. I would thoroughly check the switches and patch cables for both devices.
