1535 video phone one way talk path

I have two 1535 connceted to the MCS5100, they both register back to the mcs fine. I can make a call from both outside the system, but if I 4 digit dial to any set on the network I get ring back, after the party answers.
1. dial 3260 from video phone
2. lift handset on 3260...dead air
3. video phone continues to give ring back

If i perform this same function outside 800-555-1212, the audio works fine.

???

I would check ACL and QoS settings. That seems to be the culprit with most one-way audio issues anyway from what I have seen on TekTips posts. Could be something weird on your TIE line too ...
