15 TVs and 5 receivers

I have a friend that owns a restaurant. They have 15 TVs in the restaurant. They are going to replace them all with HDTVs and would like to connect them to satellite (Bell ExpressVu). He was told that he only needed to buy 5 receivers and still be able to watch different channels on each TV. I know a little about satelitte as I installed mine at home. However, I'm not sure how he would accomplish this with only 5 receivers. I thought he would need 15 receivers with a 4x16 multi switch.

Does anyone know how this works or if it will work?
