1416 phone

we are in the process of installing a system 500v2 7.32 and when we plug in th 1416 they go thrugh and update but sometimes the update stalls. This is happening on multiple phones. I have read the threads on this problem but it sounds like this version of the softway/hardware ahould address this problem we do not have any dss attached. Is there anyway to avoid the ten-15 min update process?

No, they must update and it is a slow process indeed but you can't avoid it.
