1408s Not Coming Up - IPO V8.1

I am installing a new IP Office. I have 4 - 1408s that I am plugging into a combo card. When I plug them in, they start downloading the firmware. The kb's go up so it looks like it is doing something. After awhile, it says "NO APPLICATION FIRMWARE. DOWNLOADING 060KB 03:48. TELEPHONE NEEDS REPAIR"

One of the phones worked but the other ones will not.

Anyone have an idea?

Seen this with dodgy combo cards several times, upgrading on a DS8 or a working port should sort it out, if using 1 or 2 working ports you will need to reboot the system after upgrading using that port to allow another upgrade

refer to my earlier post. this works on 1400 series phones as well.
