1408 cant transfer on sip lines. 10.0.3, 10.0.4

hello All

Just on an install.

HELP

Cant get basic transfer functunality to work.
Sip inbound rings on phone A pressing the transfer button dose nothing.

Internal transfers, on ext to ext calls works

Got 3 enginners all scratching, what is left of our hair out.

Inhibit off switch is turned off.
Auto Hold is on.
ip500v2 combo atm on 10.0.3 and just tried again with 10.04
3x 1408 handsets.

Any guess?

You do have at least 2 appearance buttons and 1 appearance button is available for the transfer?

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

RESOLVED

We had the sip provider IP address in the Local Domain Name under the SIP Line. Put it back to the default appeared to fix the issue.
