1408 “Installation Test, Ready for Download”

Hi,

Did a system expansion yesterday of 30 extra 1408's on a new IP500v2 and 29 of them upgraded the firmware successfully and are working.

One of the handsets however gets stuck on “Installation Test, Ready for Download”

Cabling has been checked as a different handset works in the same port and various other ports have been tried on the system.

All points towards a handset fault but thought I would see if anyone else has had the same issue?

Did you try a reboot of the IPO?
You mentioned that a different phone on the same port works but did you upgrade another phone on that port as well?
You can upgrade one phone on a port till you reboot the IPO.

Reboot tried and get same response.

We have tried into ports that have not been previously populated aswell so I think we have a faulty phone.
