Hi All.
I have a customer who wants personal speed dials on users with 1403 phones.
No problem... create in the user Personal Directory tab a number, starting at 80 per the documentation.
Also according to the docs, made sure I prefix with 9.
Saved and see what happens.
What happens is, if I dial #80, as soon as I hit the # I get incompatible.
If I select an intercom, dial #, same thing.
From the docs:
How do I get this to dial?
Regards
Update: Problem solved. I was thinking about how the speed dials would be handled by an analog phone, which lead me to a post by intrigrant.
Here is what he posted:
Short Code: *0N#
Phone number : N
Feature: Speed Dial
I modified mine slightly due to customer request

From the docs:
To use a personal speed dial: (1403/1408/1416)
1.If already on a call, end the call by pressing Drop or put it on hold by either pressing Hold or pressing the button which the call is on.
2.Press FEATURE (not on 1403 phone) or # and dial the two digit personal speed dial code between 80 and 99.
3.The stored number is dialed.
How do I get this to dial?
