1403 not upgrading from R6 to R11? 1

Hello,

I just did an IPO500V2 upgrades to release R11 latest services pack.

It was a multiple ugrade step since IPO was on R6 ...( step 1 to R8 , step 2 to R9 and then R11 )

Everything works fine but 1403 phone don't want to upgrade and they are stuck to an old version V5.0.0

When i look into SD card , they suppose to be at least at R7 i think..

Any hint??

The digital phone firmware file is hard coded in the IPO firmware. With monitor and service/ memory card and file system and tftp filter enabled you will see if there are files missing.

Ya you are right it is meant to be R07. Was this located in the SD card? If not upload the files manually

Yes the right firmware is on the SD card when i look at it the right firmware is there
