Need to place/print 1400 dpi images from within InDesign.

I downloaded the Trial version of Indesign to make sure it will work for me. So might be a limitation of the trial version but...

My images are 1400 dpi. I am placing about 10 on one page and printing...They are not printing properly seems to be resd down..

I print direct from photoshop no problem.

Can I place a 1400 dpi in Indesign and print it....The trial has OPI greyed out. I also do not think I am able to say IGNORE presets.

I anyone can tell me for certain it can do this that would be great.

Is this the only issue? So you are able to place them and they appear in your layout?

Have you checked your print settings so that you are sending the full image data and not the low-res proxy data?

Why is everyone in this forum responding to me as picklefish?

More ?S first . . . what kind of images cmyk, greyscale, bitmap? Why are you locked into 1400 dpi? what physical size are the 10 images? What kind of printer are you trying to print them to? When you print them from photoshop you are printing one at a time right not all 10 comped up to resemble the final page? If you place one per page do they print correctly? Are you scaling them up or down in InDesign?

so many ?S so little time
