14.4 , HSP MICRO MODEM , MOTOROLA SM 56k

I have Tigris Newtwork Access Server (Newbridge). I set my modulation to auto but 14.4 modems, HSP micro modem and motorola sm56k modem creating problems. Sometimes they don't connect some times connect but stuck.
Please Help me out
