14.2 System playing MOH from SIP tandem switch

Hi everyone,

This one has me really confused. Incoming SIP trunks are routed to the ShoreTel switches through a small asterisk system acting as a tandem switch. When I place a call on hold from any extension, callers hear the MOH from the tandem switch, not the ShoreTel system. Even if I turn on jack based MOH, they still hear the asterisk MOH.

Any ideas? I don't know where to start with this one.
