I have a new Photosmart D7360.
I am trying to print a full sheet of A4 with various images with a 4mm white border all round.
If i set up as A4 in the resizing it prints with a 13mm unprinted strip across the footer If i set up as borderless it prints right up to the edge so thats no good.
I can not find any way around this.
I am using Serif but it does the same in Windows this is the first time i have used it i need to print some brochures
existing design no problem on my old canon.
I have tried all various margin settings.
This cannot be normal.
HP have been no help going round in circles.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
