131 & 132 questions - Need help

I have the Christopher allen book. I find that it is missing some topics based on current Oracle requirements.

1) Implement Report objects
2) Include reports in an application
3) Working with Oracle8 Objects in Forms Developer
- Recognize which object types are supported
- Describe how object types are represented within Oracle
Forms Developer
- Create a block based on an object table
- Create a block based on a relation table with an object or a REF column
- Populate a REF column with an LOV

I am appearing for the testt in the next week or so.

Could you point me to some material?
