128 bit encrypted email FROM outlook 2007

Hi,

I attempted to use my OWA certificate to encrypt an email but I suppose I'm totally barking up the wrong tree.

I want to be able to send an email after enabling encryptions onder Options --> more options --> Security settings --> encrypt contents of message and attachments.

can anyone point me to a how-to or man page?

I tried googling but I'm finding everything that I'm not looking for....
