I had a 124i CPU blow last week. They have private lines that only ring on certain sets with off site telco voicemail. Since, the private lines ring 4 times, then it rings back to the main line, then rolls to the correct voicemail. It should just ring 4 times and go to voicemail??

Ok, so once I got out here, got some more info. The following is happening. Private line rings, say line 9. After 4 rings the caller hears the voicemail, but it continues to ring another 1 and a half times on all the other phones. 'Line 9 Ringing' is displayed on the phones. This happens with the other 4 private lines as well, all different cards.
