1230 AutoDial Busy Indicator not working

BCM450 R6
1230 IP Phones

Extension 1111 has button
2 programmed as an autodial for 2222
3 programmed as an autodial for 3333


when 2222 or 3333 are on the phone they do not show off hook on 1111 (in other words the busy indicator part of the autodial button is not working)

Anyone know of a specific patch or anything that addresses this?

Button were programmed via button programming in Element Manager not via Feature *2 (dont think that matters but wanted to give full disclosure).

Do feature 0 to check the button.
What happens when you press the button, does it dial the correct extn.

I checked Feature *0 and button shows correct.
Pressing the button does dial it correctly.

Those are strange extn numbers

Are they actual live extension numbers that some has a phone connected to them.

no just made up the extensions to make it easy to follow on this post. The actual extensions are something else.

If all else fails patch it up to the latest SU patch.
Or do a reboot.

A fix for most things.
